The R&D team's primary role is the development of new and existing Managed Services for Vistorm's customers. This includes building and updating service management infrastructures, customer portals, system customisation standards for remote management, management processes and technology familiarisation.
In addition, R&D is the home of a number of other functions key to the successful operation of the managed service –
