The Vistorm Change Control team place a layer of procedure into all of our Managed Services contracts that allows the customer to relax; safe in the knowledge that an expert has their best interests at heart.
Our Change Control team uses an ITIL-compliant change control procedure which helps us provide risk assessment and confirmation of changes before they happen, and provide transparent access for all customers to all changes undertaken throughout the life of the Managed Service contract. This provides a huge level of confidence to all our Managed Services customers that is very often difficult to achieve solely with internal resources and internal/external pressures.
