The myVistorm portal is the interface to the Vistorm Managed Services. As part of the 24x7x365 Managed Service and commitment to excellent client service levels, Vistorm provides customers with a dedicated web portal called myVistorm.
myVistorm is designed to enable our customers to monitor their agreed service levels, access individual and sophisticated reports and to meet their management requirements. It can also be used to log and monitor the status of Support Calls and Change Requests. Obviously, it provides a means for Vistorm to be measured by ensuring a full information and reporting exchange mechanism is always available.
Through www.myvistorm.com, our customers can access seven key areas:- A real-time Help Desk, helping customers to monitor and update calls
- Reporting for different device types, giving key performance status
- A secure change management suite to help smooth change processes
- Enterprise support service (ESS) usage reports
- SLA performance reports
- An online firewall policy viewer
- Instant feedback facility
