I am on the frontline for all telephone calls for customer services, actioning all customer service enquiries and logging orders for support and third parties. I am involved in data entry and problem solving. The experience and knowledge I have gained have been the major benefits of joining Vistorm.
My role is so varied that you need to ask questions most of the time, but I am well supported by my colleagues.
