After finishing a degree in Computer Science I was uncertain about how I would fit in to working in the real world; I assumed businesses would only be interested in people who could do the job from day one. This is true of many companies, but not Vistorm. As a Graduate fresh from University you need training, and Vistorm encourages you to learn from the moment you join. Since joining Vistorm in 2006, I have achieved a Microsoft Certified Professional qualification and have experienced a lot of internal “hands on” training.
Vistorm have a high emphasis on teamwork and there are always people available to help. Senior members of the team actively involve you where possible, explaining real life problems in detail. You are constantly learning and as your experience grows so does your level of responsibility, boosting confidence.
I found building relationships with other members of my team straightforward, which quickly led to a friendly and enjoyable working environment. Vistorm is a company which is moving through the Information Security Service industry at a rapid pace. Working for Vistorm is exciting, enjoyable and provides enormous job satisfaction.
